To Whom It May Concern:

I met Christian about 15 years ago when we sat at an all-day closing.  I learned more about the Marines and motorcycles that day than I cared to know. Since then, Christian has blossomed into a real force in the real estate world, especially here in Newark. 

He is entrepruneurial, smart, hard working and tenacious and I am privileged to have him as a friend.
