Arild, originally from Norway, lived in Newark and the Oranges prior to pursuing Archeological Studies at the University of Wyoming. Arild continued his studies at Northeastern University in Massachusetts where he received a Business Degree.

Arild’s real estate skills were honed by his employment with several engineering firms where he participated in drafting, mapping and surveying of state, and local roads. This experience included cost estimations of products used in the construction of highways, bridges, and industrial projects. Arild also participated in interior space planning and was a design consultant with major medical centers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and hospitals throughout New Jersey.

Arild is a licensed real estate Sales Associate and is currently involved in all aspects of Commercial Real Estate, leasing and sale. He joined forces with Christian Benedetto after being introduced at the monthly Newark Technology Group breakfast meetings.

Arild has satisfied his customers, and participated in the economic, and physical redevelopment of Newark by negotiating leases and participating in the sale of Newark’s unique properties.
