Born and raised in Monmouth County, New Jersey, Christian M. Benedetto, Jr. is a certified world traveler, having visited over 70 countries (and still counting).

Armed with a bachelors degree in Financial Services and Philosophy, Christian enlisted in the United States Marine Corp in the late 1980's, serving in the Infantry during the First Gulf War. While in the Marines, Christian received graduate degrees in both Finance and Computer Information Systems Management.

Christian re-entered the civilian word as a sales agent specializing in commercial real estate. Within three years, he co-founded one of the most successful real estate brokerage firms in northern New Jersey. In 2006, Christian opened the first office of Hopkins Sampson & Brown Real Estate Advisory Services, LLC.

With the opening of the New Jersey office, Christian has helped Hopkins Sampson & Brown Real Estate Advisory Services, LLC  become the largest commercial real estate brokerage firm in the largest city of the most densely populated state (Newark, NJ for all of the trivia buffs out there). Christian is Hopkins Sampson & Brown Real Estate Advisory Services' resident real estate guru — having consulted for many Fortune 500 companies — and on real estate projects across the globe.

Beyond the world of real estate, Christian is also a published author of four acclaimed books of poetry; a US patent holder; and an avid supporter of the arts. Christian, through his company Hopkins, Sampson & Brown Equities, LLC, has accumulated one of the largest privately held art collections in New Jersey.

Christian, his wife Suzy and their son Christian III live in suburban Morris County.
