Dale is a Senior Vice-President at Hopkins, Sampson and Brown Real Estate Advisory Services, LLC. His unique background includes serving as the Deputy Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA); Executive Director of the Newark Alliance; Director of the Employee Services Group at Scholastic, Inc. and CEO of Tempus Management Consulting LLC.

In these positions Dale provided comprehensive advice to public, private and nonprofit leaders on critical real estate and economic development issues. His expertise includes helping corporations, government, nonprofits and health care organizations buy or lease the space that they need to maximize the effectiveness of their operations.

Dale is an active volunteer who has been the President of the United States Tennis Association (USTA) Eastern Section; the New Brunswick Board of Education; Crossroads Theatre Company; and, the Middlesex Regional Educational Services Commission. He is also an accomplished athlete who has completed three marathons and received national rankings in tennis, triathlon and duathlon. In addition, Dale is the author of the book “School To Work To Success” which provides practical advice on finding a job and managing a career.

Dale holds a BA in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also completed the Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government Senior Executives in State and Local Government Program.  Dale is a Certified Housing Authority Commissioner and New Jersey School Board Member.  He is also a former Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
