Mal has been in real estate for the last 29 years with the last 27 as a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New Jersey. In 1983, Mal helped start up the Weichert Realtors New Homes and Land Division.

Mal has owned three different Real Estate Brokerage firms with the most recent being Parma Realty and Management located in Warren, NJ. For the prior two years prior, he served as Vice President at Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate.

Mal is a 3rd generation Builder/General Contractor, having a Graduate Degree in Construction Management/Real Estate Development from New York University. He will be a licensed Construction Code Official in New Jersey by Spring of 2012.

During the course of the last 32 years, Mal has been involved with Construction and Development of projects ranging from Custom and tract homes, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial, multi-family, car dealerships and many other sectors.

In addition to his role at Hopkins, Sampson & Brown, Mal is currently Owner/President of Amalfi Development, Inc. and CEO of Hamilton Management, LLC which serve as full service commercial and residential construction and development firms.

Finally, Mal is also partners with his father, Harry Braich, P.E. in the Apex Group, Inc. which specializes in Structural and Civil Engineering and Consulting and is licensed in 4 states (NJ, NY, Indiana and Virginia) but have experience on projects across the US and abroad.
